By following the procedures outlined in this document, you will be able to:

• Add new articles to Ring’s Help Center website (https://support.ring.com).
• Edit existing articles.
• Add text to an article.
• Edit existing text in an article.
• Publish an article
• Post an emergency bulletin to the Ring Help Center website.

Begin by logging in to the Zendesk system

Help Center articles are updated and maintained by the Zendesk content management system. In order to login you will be required to use Allen Rausch’s email. [email protected]

Login instructions:

• Go to: https://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx//knowledge/signin/ on a Web browser.
• Type Email: [email protected]
• Enter Password: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This will bring you to the “All articles” desktop page:

From here you can create a new article or update one that already exists.
